I Can Smell Autumn Dancing In The Breeze

A new challenge starts today at Can You Handle The Pressure? where the theme is always Anything Goes with an Embossing Folder and an optional twist. Heat embossing is welcome, but not required. An Embossing Folder must be used. For this challenge, the twist is "Fall".

I used a Tim Holtz wood grain embossing folder for my background. I swiped it with Soft Suede ink before embossing on kraft card stock. I die cut MFT Grande Greenery Solid in several Fall colors and created a wreath. Finally, I added this wonderful sentiment from So Susy Stamps that I bring out every Fall.

Please head over to the Can You Handle The Pressure Challenge? Blog to check out the Design Team inspiration projects. You are sure to be impressed! Then dive into your embossing folder collection and join us with or without the twist! Just be sure to use an embossing folder on your creation!

Such a perfectly assembled wreath and with wonderful fall colors. I can see why your fall cards wouldn't be complete without that sentiment, seems no matter how much stuff we acquire there's always the same "go-to's" that get used most often!

What a fab sentiment, Stephanie, I can see why you use it every year. Your wreath is so pretty with the variety of colors in the die cut leaves and using the Soft Suede over the embossed background certainly adds a nice rustic touch. I'm so glad you were able to join us at Sunday Stamps!

Stephanie, it's obvious that I'm not yet used to having to go to my reading list - I've missed so many of your wonderful creations!
This wood grain panel reached right out and grabbed my attention first thing - what a spectacular choice of inks!
My husband just remarked that it was indeed starting to 'smell' like Autumn in our neighborhood!
Gorgeous sign of Fall here, my friend!
