Missing You At Christmas

Time for a new challenge at Time Out. Challenge #148 is a Home Sweet Home challenge with the inspiration above.

Our Guest Designer is Angie, a wonderful designer with an ecclectic style. Do yourself a favor and visit her blog for some wonderful inspiration.

I took my inspiration from the greenery on the wall and on the night stand, and the sentiment on the wall done in white on red. I tried foiling for the first time for this creation, and was thrilled with the result of my first try. I used foil from Gina K with a stencil from Funky Fossil Designs. What a fantastic resutl! The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp.

Please head over to the Time Out Challenge Blog and see what Angie and the marvelous DT has created to inspire you. Come play with us!

well looks like you got foiling off perfectly-I thought it was a die with sparkle underneath! I really like the height of where you place the sentiment-it really seems to please the eye-perfection x

Hey sweetness!!! Guess what landed in my inbox??? Your POST!!!! I don't know what I did to fix it, but I'm just going to be grateful for small miracles! lol
I spy with my little eye something on that nightstand that easily would inspire this beauty - you are far luckier than I was with my first time foiling - gorgeous, Stephanie!!! xx

Wow! I've never tried foiling -I've actually thought one needs a special machine for it or something... Maybe I have to do some research because this looks absolutely amazing! I love the gloss and sparkle! Beautiful CAS design too. xxx
