To create my card, I used the Banners and Bunting stencil from Funky Fossil Designs to create a celebratory party look in rainbow colors. I used tiny make up brushes to get into the small areas of the stencil. The sentiment is from Winnie and Walter - The Party. It's a fun card, and can be used for multiple occasions.

I was wondering how you got the different colours into the stencil and now I know! Super idea to reflect the colors in the photo and I really like how you have crossed over the banners-a real celebration!
