It's time for a new challenge at Less Is More. This time it is a ONE LAYER CARD with a theme of  SPOTS. There are so many ways to interpret the theme such as:
a dot, speck, speckle, fleck, smudge, smear, stain, blotch, blot, splash, daub, place, location, site,
position, point, situation, scene, setting, neighborhood... The possibilities are many. Just remember that there must be lots of clean white space on your card.

Our sponsor is Uniko Stamp Company.

April Winner, Maria Rodriguez, is Guest Designer for this cahellenge. She has an ecclectic style. Take a stroll though her blog and you will surely be inspired.

For my card, I dug deep into my stash and resurrected Papertrey Ink's (retired) Bits and Buttons stamp set and Simon Says Stamp Hello You. I used a variety of PTI inks for my spots, and VersaFine Onyx Black for the sentiment.

Please head over to the Less Is More Blog, See what Maria and the Design Team have created for your inspiration. I hope you'll play along with us to share your creations and have chance to win. Remember to keep your design Clean And Simple.

To be eligible for showCASe and PRIZE WINNER choices you will need to carefully follow the guidance on our GLOSSARY OF TERMS and our HOW TO PLAY pages. Your design should feature lots of clean / white / blank / non patterned / non textured space. All challenge details are on the Less Is More blog.

Great minds think alike, Stephanie ! Not the same stamps, neither the same design and colours but the same sentiment. Love those gorgeous spots and the colours you chose. And I totally agree, lots of interpretation for a single word ! Have a great Sunday and a fabulous week ! Hugs xx

Perfect spots Stephanie! What a shame that set is discontinued because it has a cool and contemporary look to it. I adore the colours you chose. This makes a fantastic unisex card - so handy to have in your stash. Love it!

Love the graphic look on this classy card, Stephanie. I really like how you used each colour 3 times on different sized spots and overlapped the sentiment - great design elements!
Thanks for sharing with us at ATSM.
