Sing A Song

t's time for a new challenge at Less Is More. Challenge #435 is a recipe : In A Row.

We're joined by Caroline, our fantastic November 2020 winner. Please stop by her blog to see her wonderful art work and leave her some love.

When contemplating a design for my in-a-row creation, the Bird On A Wire die from Spellbinders immediately came to mind. I love these birds all in a row. I have had this die set forever, and never used it. I created a subtle background with the Cloud Edger stencil from A Colorful Life Designs and three sunset themed colors of Distress Oxide inks. I just love the sentiment too! It is from an old Sweet Stamp Shop set called Sentimental Birds. Lots of NBUS here.

Please head over to the Less Is More Blog and see what Caroline and the Design Team has created for your inspiration. I hope you'll play along with us to share your creations and for a chance to win. Remember to keep your design Clean And Simple.

To be eligible for showCASe and PRIZE WINNER choices you will need to carefully follow the guidance on our GLOSSARY OF TERMS and our HOW TO PLAY pages. Your design should feature lots of clean / white / blank / non patterned / non textured space. All challenge details are on the Less Is More blog. Good Luck!

Your card is terrific Stephanie, love your inking for the sky. It reminds me of the starlings resting at sunset.

That's a brilliant card Stephanie and it's great to see you using that NBUS stuff too. Those clouds look just like cotton candy in the beautiful colours you chose and they are the perfect backdrop for the gorgeous birds. ...... And now I have the earworm of a nursery rhyme lodged in my head ;-)lol. xx

Isn't it great when something you got because you fell in love with it finally gets its chance to shine. Those birds in a row are delightful so pleased for you that you had them when you needed them. Impulse buying is a good habit. hahaha x

I love your birds on a wire Stephanie! It was a clever idea to ink up the sky in those sunset shades - very effective!

Thank you for coming to visit and telling me all about the New Jersey coast. It sounds so, so beautiful. I miss the sea! I loved that Time Out challenge - it's lovely to get to know our bloggy pals better :)
