Enjoy The Beauty of the Season

There 's a new challenge up on the
Just Us Girls Challenge Blog where it is Color Week and Lisa is our host. She has chosen this beautiful color combination for us to work with.

We welcome  Kerry Parkinson of Kerry's Papercraft as our Guest Designer for the Month of October. Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Kerry. Her blog is full of fabulous inspiration. Do treat yourself to a visit. You are sure to be inspired!

For my card I went with a Christmas theme. I have about 3 Christmas cards made so far... I know that I had better get moving, so I carpe'd the diem here! This is a new to me set of stamps, dies, stencils and foil plate. I did not foil, but I can't wait to try that. I am not thrilled with the placement of my pearls... this card needed a little something, but I am not so sure about them. I always take hours to find the right placement of bling, and I am not sure that these were the right "little something". In any case. I embossed the sentiment with silver EP, die cut it and popped it up in the center to complete my card.

Please head over to the Just Us Girls Challenge Blog and see the awesome cards that Kerry and the Design Team have created for your inspiration. Grab a cuppa, some stencils and inks and join us in the gallery! I can't wait to see what you create!

What a pretty card Stephanie! The way you stenciled those leaves and the dark card base made it beautiful. The dots are perfectly place, but I too agonize and am never happy with mine.
