I really pulled out a lot of things from my stash for this one! I happened to have both SU blues - both retired - AND the matching markers for them. When I looked at the inspiration photo, the Tipped Tops Die from PTI came to mind. Then the flowers reminded me of a beautiful set of flowers by Joanna Sheen - Summer Flowers For Pots. I paper pieced the larger flowers and colored in the small ones. These stamps are very special as they were sent to me by a dear friend in England. The vintage look made me pull out some Tea Die distress ink. I also used yellow Stickles in the centers of the flowers which is hard to see on this pic. The yellow rhinestone - also from stash that has been sitting forever. Very pleased with this one. Thanks of coming over to take a look! Check out the beautiful creations at Colour Q this week! Have a great weekend.

Stephanie...what a fabulous card. I love how you used the newsprint too, so beautiful the way it makes your fabulous flowers pop off your card. Thank you so much for playing along with us at ColourQ, hope to see you again next week.
This is gorgeous! I love the images stamped directly onto the newsprint paper. And the die cute flowers give some wonderful contrast. Thanks for joining us at colourQ!
The blooms are so vibrant against the newsprint...they really do pop with colour. Just beautiful! Thanks for playing along at Colour Q!
Your card is so beautiful! I love those beautiful flowers! You used those colors perfectly!
This is just gorgeous. I can see not only the colors, but really the entire inspiration piece echoed in your card.
A stunning take on the inspiration photo; your flowers are lovely, especially placed atop the newsprint. Beautiful!
