It's time for a new challenge at Time Out. Challenge #306 is a Pick 2 - pick at least 2 of the 6 word prompts to inspire your project. You may use more than 2, or even all 6, but you must use at least 2. Also, you must mention which prompts you chose in your post.
The prompts are: Sparkle, Red, Heart, Pink, Aperture and Twine
Lawn Fawn is our wonderful sponsor generously offering a $25.00 store credit as a prize for our Challenge Winner, who will also get an invitation to join us as Guest Designer for a future challenge.
We welcome Jenn Borjeson of StampinAngelJenn, and winner of Time Out #301 as Guest Designer. You can see Jenn's project and link to it on her blog from the Time Out Challenge Blog.
I wanted to make Valentines for my sons' girlfriends. They are lovely women who are well matched with both of the boys, and whose company we really enjoy. They both love a good martini - one favors an Espresso Martini, and the other a Dirty Martini. The one above is my challenge card. I picked sparkle, red, pink and heart. The sparkle did not photograph well at all, but the top layer of the drink is heavily colored with Wink Of Stella. The dirty Martini below features red, pink and heart.
Please head on over to the Time Out Challenge Blog where you can see what Jenn and the Design Team have created for your inspiration. Come play with us! We would be so happy to see your project in our gallery. Please be sure to mention which of the 6 prompts you used in your project in your post. I can't wait to see what you create!

Stephanie, you have said so many times how much you love those girls, but you never said you had a dirty martini girl! [shhh she might be my favorite]. They are both going to be so pleased with your darling Valentines - two fabulous designs!
=]
Two fabulous cards Stephanie and I'm sure the girls are going to LOVE them! I think I NEED the embossing folder you used and I love the olives on the heart pick...too fun!! Hugs. :0)
Stephanie, what great Valentine's! I must agree with your son's girlfriends, Espresso and dirty martini's are my favorite, too! The heart embossing folder is perfect. So happy you joined my challenge at The Paper Players this week!
These are both just wonderful and I think those special girls will love them! I also think they'll love that you made them something so pretty!
This first one is so realistic and pretty with the soft background and the strawberry pop of color. Both of these cards are fun and since they are custom designed for each girl, they will love them! I agree with Marcia, that embossing folder is great, too. What a fun way to use the words in our challenge! Love them!
Stef, they are both fabulous cards and I know the GFs will love them. I've only had one martini and that was a chocolat-ini and your first card really reminds me of that! You know I love this set and you have showcased it beautifully with these two cards. So glad you shared this with us at The Paper Players this week
hugs

I love both of your cards! That martini die cut offers so many creative possibilities. Visiting via TOC!
How fun are these cards! I have never had a martini in my life, but I can enjoy your papers ones! Thanks for sharing these with us at the Players this week!
Oh my goodness, I love both of these martinis - on your gorgeous cards and in real life lol! I think the pink background behind the expresso martini looks marvelous and who wouldn't want triple olives for the other. So lovely to see your card in the gallery, thanks for sharing over at the Paper Players!
