A Valentine Hug for Jon

This is my Valentine for my youngest son (by 8 minutes). I made cocktail Valentines for most of my family this year... this is due to those awesome Spellbinders Happy Hour Dies! I have been having so much fun with them. Jon loves an Old Fashioned. I think this is a funny drink for the young these days - that drink has been around forever and is suddenly in revival mode. Google tells me that popular lore credits its creation to a bartender at the Pendennis Club in Louisville, Kentucky, in 1881, inspired by distiller James E. Pepper.

A fabulous Valentine for that Old Fashioned boy of yours! James E. Pepper? That wouldn't be Dr. Pepper, would it? lol
Happy Valentines Day, sweetie pie!

Fab card! Love the design. Thanks for stopping by my Blog. You asked about 143 and I Love You: I (1) Love (4) You (3) as it has the same amount of letters as the numbers. We're on Cape Cod and that particulate lighthouse is called Minot Light located in Scituate Mass, another gorgeous seaside town!

Thanks so much for the info. We have a home by the sea in NJ named for it's lighthouse - Barnegat Light. Lighthouses are so wonderful. Thanks for stopping by my blog!

What a great pair of Valentine's Day cards you've created. The multiple layers of the drinks are fabulous, but the stirrer and the embossing folder are such fabulous pieces of this card! Thanks for playing along with our Make My Monday challenge. I hope you play along with our next challenge! Sue - DT
