This week and every week at AAA Cards, CAS is always the game. This week's challenge is to make a CAS card that is VERY clean and VERY simple! Plenty of white space. One layer if you can. There's a prize this week for the top 3, AND a guest designer spot for the winner, so please go on over to AAA Cards Game #35, and link up your bare naked CAS creation! If you like what you see, please spread the word!
This is my take. The images and sentiment are from PTI. The bamboo is embossed for a nice pop on this one layer card. The embossing affect is not really visible in this picture, but in "real life", it really makes a difference in interest and texture. Thank you, as always, for coming by. Have a beautiful day.
Awesome CAS card~
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful pairing of images you've chosen to sit alongside the sentiment. It's a lovely way to show caring as well as wishing the recipient good luck. Fabulous!!

Gorgeous layers and texture!
ReplyDeleteYour visit today has brought sunshine to my day, Stephanie! Given your talents, I think you should whip out a stencil, grab some coloured cardstock, white pigment the first go round, shift the stencil slightly, then re-stencil with a colour that corresponds with your cardstock. Truly, it's that easy (and if I can do it...*grin*). I'm now trying to wrap my head around CAS(E) this Sketch. No 'ping's happening outside of florals so heading that way...I think. Hope your day was excellent!

Absolutely love this one. Caught my eye and pinned it from AAA cards, and then I was happy to see it is your card! Especially like how you've used that woodgrain mat.
ReplyDeletebeautiful, serene card!
ReplyDeleteLove this CAS card, SUPER great to be on your team!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteSo super CAS, and what a really interesting picture. The bamboo in front of the wood is very relaxing but it also looks like a sun setting behind the bamboo, reminding me of traveling. Very zen!
