Java Great Day

There's a new challenge up at Time Out. This is a really fun one - a photo inspiration/theme challenge. The photo was taken by our Blog Owner, Nonni Niskanen, when she visited New York City in 2023. The sign was outside a coffee shop and we thought it was really funny, and the second thought was that it would be a great photo inspiration challenge at Time Out. So here we are.

We are sponsored by Newton's Nook with a $25.00 store credit for our challenge winner who will also be invited to guest design with us for a future challenge.

We welcome Heidi Kunkel of Heidi´s kreative Seite Check out her blog for some fabulous inspiration.

The blackboard easel in the photo inspired me to frame out my coffee cups in rectangles, and to use black in my coffee cups. The buildings off to the top left in the photo are brick and I gave my brick embossing a touch of red as I also did with my coffee panels. I added the die cut sentiment of "java good day". The day this photo was taken was a wonderful day!

Please head on over to the Time Out Challenge Blog where you can see what Heidi and the rest of the Design Team has created for your inspiration. Come play with us!

  4. You had me with the pun-y sentiment, Stephanie. But using the reverse cuts of your coffee cups was a brilliant way to use them.
