Time Out Challenge #184 begins today,. It is an Inspired By Words Challenge with the words on the badge above.
Our challenge runs from Thursday, March 25th to Wednesday, April 7. Our wonderful sponsor is Altenew. Challenge winner will receive at $20.00 gift voucher to the Altenew Shop.
Our Guest Designer for this challenge is Helen of Moments Of Crafting. Helen is a very talented card maker whose style is eclectic. Treat yourself to a visit to her wonderful blog, and show her some love. You will be filled with inspiration.
To create my card, I created an embossed background with Altenew's Diamond Stars 3D Embossing Folder. The quote spoke to me of spring and gardens, so I used an image, sentiment and die cut from Simon Says Stamp Spring Seeds clear stamp and die set, colored it with Copics and mounted it on a Spellbinders Deckled Rectangles die cut. Very simple.
Please hop on over to the Time Out Challenge Blog to see the wonderful creations that Helen and the Design Team came up with to inspire you. Come play with us!

I do love that EF what fab texture-you almost need nothing else except that and like you have used just a small image. The orange really pops and I love you used the sentiment around the edge-super card x
ReplyDeleteGreat design, love all of the texture and the sentiment makes a great frame for your image, thankyou for playing along at Watercooler Wednesday, Cathy x
ReplyDeleteI couldn't agree more, Stephanie! Gardening... sigh. and the smell of churned up earth! I'm not even bothered by the occasional worm, or grub - more for those nesting Bluebirds!
ReplyDeleteDarling carrots, and the sentiment running around that die is quite ingenious!

That is a good way to use a garden practically... Like the texture with the embossing and the text like a drame and the cutting following it is a great idea! Hugs, Gerrina
