Comfort & JOY

Time for the first Happy Little Stampers Christmas Challenge of 2017. For the January 2017 HLS Christmas challenge, it's Anything Goes with the optional twist of JOY.

Here is my take:

I used two pieces of Christmas Patterned Paper from deep within my stash. I used PTI One Liners Christmas die to cut out and inlay the word "joy" from a scrap of dusty rose colored card stock.  "Comfort &" is embossed with white ink on a banner die cut from Concord & 9th's Happy Card Frame Dies, and popped up with foam tape. It is a  simple design that worked out well. Please head on over to the Happy Little Stampers Christmas Challenge blog and see what that DT has created for your inspiration. Then join us with your own Christmas design at Happy Little Stampers January Christmas Challenge. Time flies and before you know it, we'll have gone around the circle again!!

  2. That is just so perfect the way the word border separates the two patterned papers. Super choices of papers too, they really complement each other.

  4. I do not like the color brown, but your card persuaded me to it! I really like the combination of this shade of brown and purple. Wow, beautifully composed card. I love the sentiment and how it has been integrated into the whole card.
