YOU are awesome.
As I was thinking about what I could hang on a string for Clean & Simple FTL 181, the clothesline from PTI's Hanging Out kept calling me. While perusing blogs, I saw that the Passion For Papertrey challenge this week is to make a card, or other paper-crafting project, using black, a white and a pop of colour. I thought about blackbirds sitting on a wire, and THEN I saw a cardinal in my yard. It all came together with this creation. I love that bold red birdie standing out among the rest...

I would so love to see a cardinal Steph... they look so exotic for a regular garden bird!
ReplyDeleteIt seems it was the perfect inspiration for this gorgeous card.... very 'tweet' :0)

I love this so very much. Cool how only the red bird has legs, and how they are just hanging out. LBB is one of my all time faves. I'm so excited about the Additions coming out--are you?
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous! I'm a new fan of PTI and I recognized the birds :D I'm waiting for my first order to arrive. Your card is just perfect.
