This week's CASology cue is NEON. I really wanted to play, but I did not have time to get any neon supplies. THEN! I remembered that I had bought the neon Copics and they have been hiding deep in my stash of way too many markers. Then I got my idea...
The Freshly Made Sketch this week was perfect for the design in my head.
I colored strips of white paper with neon Copics and adhered them to a sheet of printer paper. That panel was cut with Paper Smooches LOVE word die. The arrows were cut with an SU punch. "To you" from Paper Smooches Birthday Sampler was embossed in white. Fun!
Thank you for stopping in today. It is a million degrees here in Northeastern US, and promises to be the same all week. I am staying cool in my craft room for now!

I love this card, it reminded me of the scratch-off art that my kids used to play with (do you know what I mean, it's black and you scratch off the surface and colors from underneath show?).
